Where will the Jays finish in the AL East? R.A. Dickey doesn't lie...
How many no-hitters will you get this year? Again, Dickey don't lie...

Sadly, our season is almost done. I mentioned to some I would like to stay active this summer so I don't come into next season fat and out of shape like I always do. I'm wondering if anyone wants to continue to meet up every Thursday (or every other Thursday). To keep things simple we can meet at the same time and the same general area depending on what sport we playing. As long as we have about 8 - 10 people it can happen and we can invite anyone we want as well. Sports we can play: Basketball - to keep costs at a minimum I think outdoor is good. All we need is an outdoor full court and an outdoor ball. 8 - 10 people minimum Football - 2-hand touch unless you guys want to get dirty with grass stains, then tackle. QB, steamboats, defender, receiver, 1 football. Easy to find somewhere to play, all we need is an open field. 8 - 10 people minimum Ultimate - anyone that has played this sport before knows it is a lot of cardio. Simple to play, all we need is a disc and an open field. If you don't know the rules Bryan is the ultimate master and can explain it to you. 8 - 10 people minimum Baseball - most of us haven't play in a long time. We need a free baseball diamond, baseball gloves, bat, ball. The most requirements to play this game but it will be a lot of fun. 10+ people minimum Soccer - also easy to play, just a soccer ball and an a free soccer field. 12+ people minimum Volleyball - there's a volleyball court near my house with 2 poles and a sand court all we need is a net and volleyball. 8 - 10 people minimum Again, just seeing if there is any interest in this. See below for the poll. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks! |
